Prepaid Order Not Delivered by Instagram Thrift Store. Value: ?2000

Placed a prepaid order with an Instagram-based thrift store named @goodbuy.in on 08-06-2025. Ordered a Black leather ferrari jacket and made a full payment of ?2000 via Google Pay. it’s been a month since i’m constantly asking them to refund or deliver my order but they are always trying to give the excuses and dodge the situation. they even ignores the message.
