I have ordered few products from nykaa via snapmint with an emi option . the down payement was done and the snapmint order was also confirmed but nykaa is telling they didnt receive any order.
Downpayment of 1084 done ..3 more emis of 1377 left which will be from 3rd nov to jan 2026
Nykaa’s order id is not showing in snapmint , and nykaa customercare also said they didnt receive any order via snapmint under my registered phone number. My money has been debited via snapmint. they did confirm via email that they received order.
