I entered into a contractual agreement with M/s Trivial Chapter on 23rd September 2024 for an Overseas IT Job Placement in Italy along with visa assistance under their European Residency Program.
The total agreed service fee was ?3,90,000, of which I paid ?50,000 on the date of signing. The written agreement stipulated a service period of 3–6 months (to be completed by 23rd March 2025).
Despite repeated follow-ups through official communication channels, the company failed to:
Provide any valid overseas job offer
Initiate tangible visa processing steps
Offer a credible explanation for delays
After many refund requests, on 24th April 2025, the company offered ?41,000 instead of the full ?50,000 — deducting ?9,000 without justification, and introducing refund conditions not agreed upon in the original contract. I rejected this offer and demanded a full refund.
Due to non-resolution, I filed a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mysuru. Court notices have been issued to the company.
