We made the mistake of trusting Green Tree Immigration (GTI) for our Canada PR process and paid ?1.37 lakhs of our hard-earned money, only to experience false promises, no progress, and unresponsive service. The assigned officer — who was irresponsible and failed to respond; Process Executive, who was unhelpful and provided no genuine support; and Assistant Branch Manager who made multiple promises but never took action — all displayed a lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper communication or result. When we lost trust and requested a refund, the company refused and sent a generic message claiming refunds are “not applicable under any circumstances,” even though no actual service was provided or process initiated. This is clearly misleading and unethical business behavior, trapping clients in one-sided agreements that were never properly explained on calls. We are requesting the Consumer Forum to intervene and direct Green Tree Immigration to process a fair refund of ?1.37 lakhs or take suitable action against such exploitative practices.
