I have purchased an RO of Eureka Forbes Ltd Aquaguard from Reliance digital store and has availed AMC for 3years worth Rs 18k+ from Reliance ResQ. First service was done after 8days of request …and repeated calls. Now I have requested for 2nd service on 7th Oct.(80xxxxxx9) And after that 3 more tickets were raised on 13th ,15 and 16th respectively (80xxxxxx8, 80xxxxxxx7 and 80xxxxxxx2) today is 21 st and I have complained again for the 3rd time. No proper response from ResQ. No service person visited my house so far. Kindly look into the issue?. No water at home from 15 days and my family is struggling. We are adjusting with water bubbles from outside for last 15days
