I am writing to express my concern regarding the rejection of my health insurance claim. My policy has not yet completed two years, and I was informed that the claim has been rejected on this basis. However, at the time of purchasing the policy, the agent did not inform me about this two-year waiting period for such claims.
My father was admitted to the hospital due to a liver infection. We followed all procedures and submitted all required documents, but the claim was denied stating the two-year clause. This information was never clearly communicated to us at the time of policy issuance, which has caused us financial and emotional stress during a medical emergency.
