I placed a prepaid order on 30th June 2025 from Woodland’s official website.
It’s been over 10 days, and the order is still marked as “Confirmed” with no shipping or delivery update. I tried contacting their support but received no response. This delay is unacceptable and there is no communication from Woodland.
I request a full refund or immediate shipping confirmation. If not resolved, I will escalate this issue legally and through consumer protection bodies. Order ID: OR-3xxxxxx3
