Wrong product delivered by Shopsum, no support

I ordered fastrack watches from Shoposum website. The watches are fastrack brand but when I opened the courier they delivered me a local brand watches, they fraud me Rs. 947/-. In shoposum website is clearly mentioned return and refund policy of 15 days. I was raised a return request to shoposum support team mail id which is provided by shoposum website but there is no response from them. Kindly accept my complaint and do the needful. I have attached the product details for your reference.
