I purchased a Tata Nexon in January 2024 — it was a demo car. At the time of purchase, the dealer promised me a new battery and replacement of one damaged part. Unfortunately, it’s now been over a year and a half, and neither of those promises have been fulfilled.
The battery I was given turned out to be an old one, and it stopped working within a two months. I had to replace it myself — the dealer never provided the new battery they had committed to. As for the damaged part, it still hasn’t been replaced. I followed up multiple times, but eventually gave up, as there was no proper response or action from the dealer’s side.
This has been the worst service experience I’ve had — not just from the dealer, but from Tata Motors overall. I’m deeply disappointed. I understand I bought a demo vehicle, but the commitments made should have been honored. Instead, I feel cheated.
Tata is known for its customer service, but my experience has been exactly the opposite. Very, very disappointing.
