Akash Ganga courier not delivering document

One of my friend book a courier in Akash Ganga courier vide docket No.45626533 on 01.07.2017 from Chennai. Courier reached Indira Nagar office in Bangalore on 03.07.2017 and the delivering address is 3 km from their Indira Nagar office but since the same was not delivered till 06.07.2017.
