I orderd Boat Rockerz 255 neo Bluetooth neckband of worth ?949 by Amazon online shopping app .But at the time of delivery I recieved a different product, so I apply to return the item and in return process,my product was picked up on 3 November 2022 , But after that Amazon rejected my refund. Now Amazon team is not giving my my product or not even my Product. After giving ?949 there is nothing in my hand .
I don’t need money but atleast my product which I paid for. Because I lost both my product and my money .
I tried to connect with customer care of amazon but they are not help me by saying that we can’t do anything.
