Cancellation of ticket by Spicejet – Rs.5,000/-: Ms. Nidhi Mishra, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh had bought round-trip ticket on Mangalore-Delhi-Mangalore sector for two passengers. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Neartion – Rs. 4,490/-: Mr. K Ramu of Naimnagar 506001, Andhra Pradesh ordered a product on nearton on 28/12/16. His order id was 2448248 and he paid by debit card amount Rs 4490/-. He neither got the product nor refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
