Refund from Limeroad – Rs.644/- : Ms. Tanusree Bhowmick of Durgapur, West Bengal had ordered a pair of jeans from Limeroad.com, order number: 0006661754, amount Rs.644 paid though net banking. The product was returned by the customer twice due to unmatched order and finally refund was sought on 18th Nov.2016. Complaint against AutoIndia for non-receipt of dues: Mr.S.K.Gupta of Noida, who was contracted by AutoIndia to work as an Auto Expert for their web portal http://www.autoindia.com, had posted a complaint in the Forum on 19-08-2009 with regard to non-receipt of his dues from AutoIndia. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Refund from Rediff.com shopping portal: Rs. 499/- : Avinash Singh, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi, Email: avinash.27cool(at)gmail.com ordered an electronic equipment (Rechargeable Hair Beard Trimmer) on 20-02-12013 from Rediff Shopping. The product turned out to be defective and not matching with the product in outer cover pack. He was asked by Rediff to return the product to the seller produce Courier Receipt of delivery. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. However when her parents went to check in they were told they had to pay Rs 1145 extra as the booking was done in November at a rebate but in December the rates have risen.
