I would like to share my feedback regarding the pre and post sales experience at Akoya Skoda (Viman nagar)related to the purchase of the Kushaq Monte Carlo, which involved the exchange of my existing vehicle (Honda City, registered under Bajaj Finance Ltd.).
Booking Amount:
• Booking amount of ?11,000 was paid on 20th January 2025, yet no refund has been received till date.
Vehicle Exchange Process:
• First exchange value confirmed 9.30 lacs and after 4 days when I approached for further processing, they asked to show vehicle again and later they reduced the price to Rs.9.00 lacs.
• The exchange process took nearly 20 days after submission of all required documents.
• Despite receiving a photo of the cheque from the exchange team, the actual credit happened only after multiple follow-ups. The explanation provided was vague and unsatisfactory (“signatory not available” and other reasons). Of Rs.8.50 lacs on 21st Jan’25.
• For remaining 0.50 lacs heavy follow-ups done then i got the payment on 6th March’25.
Accessories:
• I had booked sunblind’s for all windows, including the rear windshield, but only the back seat windows were fitted at the time of delivery.
• Despite repeated follow-ups, the remaining sunblinds have still not been installed as of today.
Vehicle Delivery Issues:
• Delivery was taken on 18th March 2025, but the Fastag was not activated, causing inconvenience during long-distance travel. It was only activated on 21st March after escalation.
• There were two minor scratches on the front left windshield that I unfortunately missed at the time of delivery. No resolution or response has been provided till now.
Still my refund of 11,000 not received from the dealer
