Elegant Fashion Way, a fabric seller in Instagram, made an ordered paid, the item wasn’t delivered and was confirmed by them that refund will be given. Later refused to refund and speaks in Thugway. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
