Complaint regarding empty packet from Myntra for boat earphone

I ordered a boat bluetooth earphone through online shopping company myntra having order no 11xxxxxxxxxxx3 on the dtd 26.12.2020 it should delivered on the dtd 31.12.220 but there is nothing in the packet when I opened. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
