I am filing this complaint against Care Health Insurance for wrongfully denying a valid cashless hospitalization claim for Ms. Gxxxxi Yxxxxv, under the excuse of a “pre-existing condition” — without providing any medical evidence or proof. I have submitted complete diagnostic reports dating back to 2014, which clearly show there was no such pre-existing condition …

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
