Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Refund from MMT – Rs.1,600/- : Mr Sangin Soni, Vadodara 390010, Gujarat (sangin.soni[@]cssgroupindia.com) booked ticket on makemytrip website on 5th Dec’14 from Ahmedabad to Pune. He did not get any confirmation from MMT or transaction SMS from the credit card company. Therefore he booked the same ticket through another travel portal.
