Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
