Refund claim against Tradus.in – Rs.13,550/-: Mr. Cyril of Kerala (Email: 2maurice(at)gmail.com) had won the an auction for LG LCD Jazz Atom (22 inches) Model : 22LU11UR on tradus.in on 22 April 2010 and made the payment of Rs. 13551.00 on the same day itself. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Bank did not respond to his complaints. ICF submitted Dr. Manickam’s complaint to the bank and the charges were subsequently reversed. ICICI Bank - 30.12.2009

Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.5,699/-: Mr. Dileep Kumar Gupta of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Email: shivshantgupta[@]gmail.com) ordered a projector with Homeshop18, and receive this by paying cash 5699/-. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. Refund from Amante Lingerie – Rs.1,148/-: Ms. Akanksha Singh of Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021 placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from her A/C but no order confirmation received. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
