Complaint regarding non-delivery by Flipkart vendor

I had ordered a gold chain on Flipkart and seller on Flipkart was kalyan jewellers on 23rd Oct 2018, and order delivery date was showing 1st Nov 2018 and on the same day order delivery date was changed for 3rd nov 2018 from 1st Nov 2018 to till yesterday 15th Nov 2018 im continuously making complaint by email or phone (call back) to flipkart and seller (kalyan jewellers), they was assured me that product will delivered soon and now its showing that the product is returned due to logistics not able to deliver the product, this reason is not looking genuine because i did not received any email, message or call regarding out for delivery the order, this whole process seems to making cheat and fraud for collecting fund only without interest.
Last price for order was Rs. 64,808,
Selling price was Rs. 50,569,
Extra Divali sale Discount was Rs. 2023,
Special Diwali sale price was Rs. 48,546,
I got 10% instant discount on HDFC Credit cart Rs. 1500 + Rs. 2500 extra Discount on same card.

Alfer all discount paid cost was Rs. 44,546
