Refund from Toolwale – Rs.9,731/-: Mr. Anish V Nair of Changanasserry 686546, Kerala placed an order with Toolwale.com for f&d tower speake valued at Rs 9731 on 24/09/2016. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund delayed by MakeMyTrip – Rs.34,752/-: Mr. Shraddha Raikar of Mumbai had booked ticket from Mumbai to Chicago through MakeMyTrip.com on 09-06-2009 through his credit card. Complaint against Hindustan Lever Pureit. Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.

Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
