Delivery by shoppingoutlet.in: Mr. Rahul Dale of Thergoan, Pune, Maharashtra (email: Email: rahuldale[at]gmail.com) ordered a cover for Nokia Lumia 520 Order ID : 3027001056 from shoppingoutlet on 13/06/2014 and i did not receive my product till 24-06-2014. He was getting false assurances from the portal. He posted his complaint with ICF on 24-06-2014 and finally got the product by 01-07-2014. Pune, Maharashtra

LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.33,399/- : Mr. Raju Saha of Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal 733202 had purchased a Micromax TV from Snapdeal and the same was delivered on 24-06-2016.
