Refund from Flipkart – Rs.249/-: Mr. Tapas Kar of Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal (Email: tapaskar007@gmail.com) ordered “Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” from Flipkart.com on 13 September,2014. But he received a damaged product and was assured of refund by Flipkart. But the defective product was not picked up and no refund was made even after repeated requests.
