Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not. He approached ICF on 16-04-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. Finally, customer got refund on 11-05-2018. Udupi 576101, Karnataka

Complaint against Hindustan Lever Pureit. Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. Non-delivery by Fitnessworld.in – Rs.6499/-: Mr. Sayantan Das of Howrah – 711101, West Bengal (sayantan_sou[@]yahoo.co.in) placed an order of Lifeline Manual Treadmill Basic Model from fitnessworld.in on 10/11/2014.
