Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo. Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. He received the product but it was of poor quality and was not as described. He registered a complaint with Rediff but got no assistance.
