Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com.
