Cable TV operator not attending complaints

I have given multiple complaints in a span of 2 months and two times my complaint got attended but the problem did not get resolved yet. My complaint was that I see scrambled images which and distorted sound which was primarily due to no amplifier nearby which would boost up the signal strength. The cable operator actually knew very well the reason but declined to solve the problem as when they sent their person the picture quality was perfectly okay and it was during daytime. When I said that problem starts from evening till midnight then they said I need to re-complaint and when I did that they are now not attending for over a week now.
