Complaint about Blackmailed to pay money dataentry scam

I signed an agreement copy with FINE ENTERPRISE Gujarat. Now, I want to resign and they are asking me to pay utility fee of 36500. They say its written in agreement and i have signed it digitally. But I find the company to be a scam and they are mentally torturing me to pay the amount repeatedly.
They are not ready to send me the agreement copy.
Please help to file a case against them.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
