Complaint against fraud company regarding data entry job

I got a call on 15/01/2020 from 9xxxxxxxx7 saying that they will give me a data entry job and asked me to send my documents addhar card and sign online and do not tell me about the agreement, they said that I have to fill 600 resumes in 7 days. When I started my work i gone through the agreement in which it was told that i have to pay 5500 rupees if the given task is not completed in a given time, and if I do not pay the money then legal action will be taken against me .
Please do help me , what to do

Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
