Complaint regarding damaged product from Naptol

Damage products. Value: 999. I had purchased 1 belt from naptol but we received damage product. I already complaint several times but still there is no response from there side and they continuesly disconnect my call Kindly look into this matter

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
