Received wrong product from caseitup.in

I received a wrong product after 2-3 months of placing that order and upon contacting the support center I haven’t received any response till date regarding replacement or return or any refund. This is completely unacceptable and unfair. Tried contacting them through their mail and chat service still no response. Please take strict action against them. I believe they’ve deleted my account too as I cannot login to check the order details. They might’ve also changed their website name to www[dot]futbolstoreindia[dot]com.
When I had placed the order it was www.caseitup[dot]in. Please check into this matter.
