Complaint regarding defective Samsung refrigerator, no customer support

Replacement or refund is not provided even after 20 days of damage product.
I have purchased a sumsung 330 l Refrigerator on 30th September 2025, I have received a damage product on and complaint about it on 13 th Oct, till days I can called multiple time , and written multiple mail to customer care , still they have not provided any replacement or refund, my household is without Refrigerator for last month , they are not taking any action.
