Complaint regarding fake form filling job, salary not given

Prima data info for refunding and for giving my salary. Value: 1350 for taking a card salary and 19000 work salary they should give me

I had a msg for form filling in 5 day. 200 forms with salary 19000 i have done my work and now I said for salary the said to pay 915 for salary card and then said to gst of 435 which will be refunded now then said salary will be given on 5 th November and then blocked me plz help me to refund my money or salary plz it’s humble request
