Refund amount not received last 18 days. Value: 12990

Complaint against refund not received last 18 days i have too many calls and emails to jio Mart but not getting any response.when i called jio Mart customer service they said you had received your refund within 48 hours from 21st October. They said issue in jio application thats why you didn’t received your refund
Issue in jio application so why customer have to suffering. So please refund amount within 24 hours.
