I am a gamer from India whose Garena Free Fire account was compromised, resulting in the loss of years of gameplay and significant in?game purchases. I have clear proof of ownership, including payment transaction records, in?game profile details, and device information.

Despite repeatedly submitting this evidence, Garena has refused to assist in recovering my account, citing technicalities. My father’s details were initially provided only for address reference; I am ready to provide any further verification documents if required.

I am requesting:
1. Rebind?only recovery of my original Free Fire account to my current active platform.
2. Restoration of all purchased items and progress.
3. Security measures to prevent further misuse.

Garena’s continued refusal to resolve this matter is causing both financial loss and emotional distress. I seek urgent intervention to ensure fair treatment and protection of my digital consumer rights.
