Complaint regarding Hathway billing

Issue with hathway billing. Value: 3078. We termiated our hatway connection in Jul 2017, but we got bill amount for amount 3078 on Jan 2018 and they forced us to pay bill . So, we cleared the amount this month and requested them to provide details on why need to pay bill but they are not responding by mail . We visited the office but they told that support people are not available. Kindly please resolve this issue. Account No – 1127521020

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
