Complaint regarding Hero Vida V2 Pro Electric vehicle

I had purchased electric vehicle of model HERO VIDA V 2 PRO in February 2025 and in 3 months of purchase it had stopped working 2 times due to battery issues and spare parts issue.

Every time it takes 15 to 20 days to get repair so I want refund of my money and refund of financial loss which I had incurred.

Hero Motocorp company has soled defective vehicle to me.
