I had submitted my iPhone to the service center for issues like charging problems, lagging, random restarts, and most importantly, electric shock during use while charging. At the time of submission, the device only had a minor dent, which was clearly visible and acknowledged.
However, now the service center is claiming that the phone has a big dent and multiple scratches, which were not present earlier. This is completely false and raises concerns of mishandling or tampering after submission.
Their refusal to take responsibility and the inconsistent statements given over the phone have made me extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the service experience. I’m now unsure whether to collect the phone or wait for a proper resolution.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a fair investigation into the condition of my device.
