Complaint regarding Myntra Convenience Charges Rs.99

Today I order 2 items a t shirt and a track pant. The total amount I paid was 757 whereas due to some personal reason I have to cancelled the order and they refunded me Rs. 658. I saw the bill it says rs. 99 is from convenience fees. Why am I supposed to pay this convenience fees and what convenience they are providing I wanna know? This is not a way you should fool a person. I humbly request Consumer Forum to take care of this and do what they can do Or else this will get repeat and repeat day by day. Every penny matters of any individual.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
