Complaint regarding non-delivery by sadbahar essentials

sadabahar essentials from instagram are fraud.. i lost my 8000 rupees.. i order some skin care products from them and still not received any product nor they are replied or nor they are refund me my money.. plz help some one.. 8000 is not a small amount..plzzzz its almost 3 months i ordered from them but still not received my products
