Non delivery of my Item. Value: 3999

Dear Concern,

I have placed my order with shadesexport[@]gmail.com on Instagram , Instagram ID[ @ ]shadessltd- they have taken payment from me VIA share google pay details , however they have stopped replying to me on my msgs and emails – also i havent recieved my order till now . The girl name Ms Nxxxxa was talking to me on Instagram handle however has stopped responding to me . i m being robbed by them
