Complaint regarding TV purchased from Flipkart

I have bought a new tv from flipkart it may. Its display stopped working after a month use on June. I had put a complaint and technician visited saying this will be replaced. Since July 25 I have been following up for the replacement but not getting any date or commitment from the brand. Their customer care no is not reachable. Only whatsapp is available on which they dont give proper response. I also wanted to update my address but not getting information from the brand for the same.
