The website Valuekart.in lists a range of desirable products at low prices. Their website looks very credible as well. Their customer service is very responsive towards any queries you may have about the products they list. I placed an order for Coleman Sporster dual fuel camping stove through their website, which cost me Rs.7, 553 on 27, october, 2022. The payment was made through Google Pay. They promised delivery by 4th November, 2022. Orders page in my account section in Valuekart.in website kept shifting the date of delivery to 15 th November first and later to 27 November. My numerous queries about the status of shipment through email and through their website chat application went unanswered. They then abruptly deleted my account in their website, so that i can not login to check my order status or post queries to them about the order. Their help line number is also not working. They look like hardened scammers. I need help in how to go about this and make them accountable for this unethical behavior. The website address is https://valuekart.in , so its chiefly targetting gullible Indians.. These unscrupulous conmen should be exposed . We should prevent any Indians from falling victim to their elaborate scheme. Iam attaching the invoice they provided me during the time of purchase.
