I placed an order with Zivame through their official website. The product was not delivered within the promised delivery time. When I contacted their customer support for delivery, they failed to take any action. I later requested cancellation of the product and asked for a refund. However, even after several days and multiple follow-up emails, calls, and chat messages, my order was neither delivered nor refunded.
I demand immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of my payment within 2 business days.
