NISHIT GAIKWAD, AHMEDNAGAR, MAHARASHTRA (Email: nishitgaikwad16[at]rediffmail.com) had ordered mobile phone ( lava iris 349 ) with online shopping site THE MOBILE STORE order no. 3110395016834. At the time of ordering phone there was an offer of free memory card of 4GB. But when he received the phone there was no memory card along with the phone. When he called the costumer care they said they can’t provide the memory card. He posted his complaint with ICF on 29-06-2013 and got the memory card by 08-07-2013.
