Complaint regarding non-delivery by zopnow

Booked an order in zopnow.in, after made payment there is no communication. Value: 1547.10
I have booked an order in https://zopnow.in/ on 02 April 2021, with an amount 1547.10…. made payment by UPI.
After made payment there are no updates from them & customer care number also not working… so could you please investigate this and do needful at your end.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
