Prestige product complaint not attended by company

The product was purchased in Feb 2018. From 2018 onwards it started showing error E7. The same problem repeats even after paid service several times.  The attached document shows the SMS received against complaint registration. Last complaint was registered on 30th January 2021. Service personal came and took the product, but the complaint is not rectified so far. Now the service personnel stopped picking our follow up calls.
The repeated problems shows some fundamental design problem, which the company is responsible. Request to kindly intervene and resolve the issue or give replacement.
