Complaint regarding non-delivery of parcel

I have booked a parcel from Banglore which contains our passport as we had to fly on 19th October night for Phuket. While booking they explicitely recommended this service and charged Rs 330/- saying parcel will be delivered positively on 16th or 17th October. But on tracking it kept on saying delivered at Kolkata hub. Whole day we tried at least 30-40 numbers several time but no phone responded in Kolkata. When contacted Bangloru they rudely informed that Kolkata will remain closed from 17th to 222nd and earliest we can talk and deliver is on 23rd. On my insistence they promised to call back , Now they are not lifting my call. Worst is ttheir regional office and even 24X7 service even working? I personally went to their store but the guard could not trace it and also told even if I trace I cant give you. Its a huge loss in financial and emotional terms as my air & hotel bookings are not refundable. I have asked my lawyer friend to lodge a case in consumer forum as they are worst courior and totally irresponsible. and they promise and do knot deliver in time.
