I am from Velachery Chennai. Last year December 2024 I have took a broad band connection in Hathway due to some reasons.I have returned my set top box and closed the connection. Yet I did not recieve my refund Money. If I contact my area manager he is also not responding. I am currently visiting in Velachery my manager name is Vxxxxxy and the another source person name is GxxxxxxxxM. I felt very bad why I have chosen this brand. Such a worst Experience. I would request to take an severe action for this fraud activities.
